injector timing marks

Does any one have any knowledge about the timing marks for a D3250fd Mitsubishi tractor. The injector pump shaft broke at the fornt of the pump and it looks like the gear may have spun. there are is numbers 1,2, 3, marked at different intevals on the idler gear and on the injector gear there is the number 3 stamped on two ajacent gear teeth? Also any help on where to purchase a pump? Thanks for any help. Bill

You might be able to find an injection pump rebuilder near you that can fix this.

On my way today to the rebuilder 400 mile round trip. We will see what he can do.

Thanks for the info. If they use the same method of timing on the gears it should be a easy set up.

Good luck and please let us know how it goes at the rebuilder. That's a long way to go but I guess it is different that here in NC. We have several within a 100 mile radius.
