Injection pump 544 international

544 international with va4 injection pump gets fuel to pump but does not pump out of injector lines. Trying to trouble shoot. Need a affordable rebuilder if it will not start working.

I can do it.. just click on my name to the left for contact info..
The VA is NOT user friendly.. don't remove anything from the levers..
Theres really NOT anything to touch on that pump to make it work.. other than INLET/OUTLET FUEL..
