MF130 with Perkins A4.107 engine. Injection pump has two bleed ports. Generous fuel to bottom port but nothing from the top port. Appears to be blocked. Any suggestions

Hope you can get some help. I have a Massey Ferguson MF 25 with a A4107 engine as well. Great engine but I need to reseal the injector pump as it is badly leaking.

If I recall correctly you need to close the lower bleed and crank the engine before fuel can get to the upper.

There may be problem in rotaory pump or metering valve. So check it out again.
