Information question on RTZ-44

Hi,
I'm a newbie to the website, but a long time tractor owner. An acquaintance is selling a 2004 cub cadet ztr mower that I have not seen yet. He says that it is a 44" cut and has a Kohler vtwin command trac? 20 hp engine. He says that it is an RTZ-44. According to the Cub Cadet website, the RTZ models have Briggs engines and the Zforce series has the Kohler engines. Does anyone know what model this actually is? If not, how can I tell when I look at the tractor? What would be a good price to pay for the tractor if it is in excellent shape with about 45 hrs on it? Thanks in advance for the help.

Looking at a 2004 brochure, it shows a Z-Force 44 to have a 20hp B&S Intek engine. It doesn't show the RTZ models in the full line brochure. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif All I can tell you is to look at it in person. See exactly what model it is and see if it has the Kohler or the B&S engine. I've heard a few negative comments about the RTZ's but have heard good things about the Z-Force.
