Info wanted on Belarus 250AS

I picked up a 250AS today and does anyone know if there is a chart anywhere that I can determine the year model by the s/n and also what is the difference in a 250A and a 250AS ? Thanks in advance

Dont know if they would list that there but have you tried TractorData.com - information on all makes and models of tractors

Yes, I went there first but it looks to me the specs are identicle and I saw nothing of serial numbers.

One difference between the 250A and 250AS is that the AS has a separate forward and reverse gear lever in addition to the various individual gears. On my 250A, I must preselect either forward or reverse before selecting the desired gear. It’s kind of a pain when you are going back and forth a lot, but you get used to it.
