I am looking at two tractors that are used. One is a Zen-Noh and the other is a Duetch Alley(spelling may be incorrect) both of the tractors are between 25 and 28 horsepower. Does anyone know if these are brands I should look at or should I leave them alone? Any information would be useful and appreciated.

From what I understand Zen-Noh is actually a Farmers' Co-Op in Japan. They contract for tractors built to their specs. All Z-Ns would be gray market tractors.

The Deutz-Allis would be a Hinomoto built tractor. Not sure about parts availability for it though.

Most, if not all, Zen-Noh's are either built by Kubota or Yanmar, and as previously stated, they are all gray market machines.

Deutz Allis are the what became of the Allis Chalmers. They are now supported by AGCO. You can't go buy a new Deutz Allis but the AGCO dealers support the DA's. Be aware though; Toyosha-Hinomoto that built the compact A-Cs and D-As are out of business and parts can be scarce even through the AGCO dealers.
