Inexpensive beverage holder

I got tired of not having a cup holder for my water bottle so I mounted a can next to the seat. I drilled a small hole in the can and bolted it in the slot above the 3 pt control and in front of the pto. There is still plenty of room to use each lever.

I believe you fell short in your description of your project.
Since you painted it Kubota Orange it would be a "Customized Cup Holder" /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Great Idea and I am looking forward to the day I feel comfortable drilling a hole somewhere on my new tractor. With only 5hrs on it, its a little hard to break out the power tools. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

My wife lent the neighbors wife a set of measuring cups. When I went over to the neighbors the next day to retireive them for her I noticed her husband (major redneck) screwed one of them to the fender of his 790 Deere with a sheetrock screw /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

If you have ever seen the Red Green show on PBS, my neighbor makes him look like a geneus.

The good news is that no drilling in Mr. Kubota was required. I used the slot for the optional control unit for the 3pt since my 3010 doesn't have that feature.

Hey that is a great idea. I have a spare slot on the left side of my seat that I could do the same thing.
