I wanted an independant lift that didn't use the loader ports or tapped into tractor hydraulics while under warranty. Here is a truly independant lift that is not part of the tractor hydraulics and can be removed to reinstall the mechanical lift.
As time permits I will make some nice mounting brackets for the pump. I have cut grass with it twice now and it seems to work just fine. It takes about 10 strokes to move it to the up positon. I have yet to bump it with my elbow so it appears to be in the best area. You can pick these up for a couple hundred dollars or less depending on brand.

Also notice the next attachment-I match. I broke down and bought one and now have to modify the tiller and home made hitch. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Why would you not want to use the tractors hydraulics while it was under warranty?

That mod looks great. Probably will work well enough that you won't add the hyd. mods later on. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
Don't think you adding it now would hurt your warranty work with Deere however. Do they have a kit to add either a 3rd SCV or power beyond?

tell me if I'm wrong but if i did the modification and something happened to the hydraulic system it might not be covered under warranty. Now if the dealer taped into the hydraulic system then it would but would they as JD doesn't make anything like this for the 2210.
