Increasing Horsepower on Kubota M135X

I was wondering if there is any way to increase the power on a Kubota M135X. I know Kubota has the blocked the computer system so you are not able to chip it, but I know there is a way to increase the diesel injector, but I don't know how. Does anyone out there know how to do that?

Will have to be a different color but why jepordize the value and longevity of the one you have by fiddling with it.

I'm thinking the same thing as 5030. Whatever it is you are trying to do with the M135. If that is not enough power, it might not be a bad idea to go up in weight, size and HP.

Hmm. What are you using the M135 for that you need more power? Cuz I'm kickin around the idea of buying one for hay.

Increased hp usually means increased operating temp. My Kubota is borderline on radiator size where I live without turning up the hp.

We have a dairy and we use it for various things such as using sand bedders for the cows, to scraping the pens for the cows or for using it to chop the alfalfa. We love our machine and we have one older Kubota that is very nice and we also have a John Deere 7920. We don't NEED to increase the horsepower I was just wondering because than we could use some more implements that our John Deere uses.

I dont need the horspower increased just wondering if there is a way because we just bought our new Kubota and we have always relied on Kubota and John Deere... Kubota's because they make excellent tractors in their size and John Deere because they make very nice big tractors.

put in a variable resistior or a resistor pad with switches between the MAF and the computer. It worked on the VW diesels and was called the 10 cent chip tuning. It only works that far till it soots too much and throws a code. But it is cheap...

So this will increase the hp on our Kubota

not sure if it works on a kubota, but for the efford and what it cost, I'd try it to see if it would. I know it did on my 2002 VW diesel I had years ago. Even out of curiousity. Google "10 cent chip tuning" or "10 cent diesel tuning". Read up and have fun, or not. All you are basically doing is telling the computer that there is more air, than actually is there. Thus fooling the computer into puttn more fuel into the cylinders.
