My neighbor uses a 42" wide walk-behind blower. I don't know the brand, but I'm pretty sure it was from one of the big box stores like Home Depot.
It does a great job...he cleaned a good 8" off my drive (probably 300-400 feet, asphalt) when I was having foot problems. He mentioned he paid $2800 for the machine...new.
Since the OP can't swing a tractor, a larger walk-behind could be a viable option...but like Dave wrote, you'll spend more time out there.
Me, I use a 72" blower...I do my drive, a neighbor's drive...the street, if necessary (usually is) and clear a path to the wood pile.
