Price Check Implements shipping cost is killing me

Hi All

I live Fairfax, VA. I am trying to buy box blade, sub soiler and rear blade. All the places they sell have huge shipping costs. I called Northern tools they said they can ship to home or their own shop still I have to pay shipping. How did you guys manage to get that many implements. There is a place Sweettractor.com. They rear blade for 199 bucks but shipping to business is 139 and 179 to house

Well I am disappointed by the prices of shipping, what to do

Just have to keep looking in the local market. They will show up. Implements are heavy and take up a lot of room. Both of those drive shipping through the roof.

What is the price difference to buy Kubota implements itself, I thought they make them too. I never see blades with Kubota stuff but in the brocheure they do show those stuff

For what it's worth - I have that exact same scraper blade advertised used for $250 on CList. Looks like that is spray painted gray (from the original orange).

I've had great luck with it on a BX 2230.

Check the want ads, Craig's List, on line auctions (Equipment Bid & Purple Wave), and local auctions. I've picked up a box blade, straight blade, landscape rake, and tandom axle trailer in the last year watching the ads.
