Impeller removal from Meter snow blower

Does anyone know how to remove the impeller from a meter snow blower?It looks like a bolt with lock washer but not sure once that is out then how to remove the impeller

In theory you slide it off the shaft. In practice you will probably cut it to pieces with a torch. If you are lucky you will fabricate a means to attach a puller to it and force it off without inflicting damage to the impeller or the tapped hole in the end of the shaft. You will find the impeller keyed to the shaft.

If you look close the impeller opening may not be as big as the impeller..thus you cant just pull it streight out/off the gear box. You may have to remove the gear box first then tip it out the front.
