I'm Wanting to buy a used loader

me and my dad are both wanting to buy used loaders for our tractors first my tractor is 1020 John Deere 3-cylinder diesel his is a 2240 John Deere 3-cylinder diesel

I bought used for my 2030. I wanted a JD 245 SL. It took me about a year to find one. That was late 90s. It was minus the mounting hardware, joystick was froze, hydraulic hoses had been filled with mud in the open ends and the bucket had seen a hard life. The seller said the bucket was from another loader and that a customer had paid him a premium to swap buckets from another loader he was buying. I got a good price, but the mounting parts from the dealer were outrageous.

Sold this alo with brackets off jd 2030 in the summer for $350 with fork and bucket but no valve chest . Could've thrown it up on the next load of hay coming your way
