This will be my first kubota and I looking forword to getting it . thanks I just needed to vent......

I can sure understand the frustration. I was in a similar boat on a much smaller order, and eventually cancelled. The thing that bothered most was that many of the things I ordered, and paid for were sitting at the dealers while he waited to get everything.... gas prices I guess, and the fact that communication about what was happening was non existant. In retrospect, I should have talked to him, and perhaps offered to give him something to deliver the things I really needed, and asked him to communicate what was going on...

Weeks of waiting and one call????

Man, I'd be looking at shopping around again. This is not the way to start of a relationship.

Probably NOT what you wanted to hear.

Should i be patient or find another dealer .

For me, it would depend on a couple of things: (1) how many weeks, (2) what the dealer said at the time the deal was made, and (3) what he said in that one phone call. When I bought my last Kubota, I had to wait a couple anyway for the front end loader to come in. I didn't like having to wait, but it wasn't unexpected.

Last fri. was 4 weeks we didn't really agree on a date but didnt think it would be this long. The dealer has the tractor but is stilll waiting for the second box blade and didn't know when it would be in so I told him I was thinking of backing out and he got upset and hung the phone up. I do not want to back out on my tractor dealer. I know he has some what tried to find my equipment. But what kind of service could I expect from them Also when his boss heard of what happen the salesman called me back to see what he could do to make this deal happen.Well I'm still not to happy. There are 6 kubota dealer within 100 miles from my home. all are about the same price so I'll make up my mind today I want to do what is right but $35000 is a lot of money and a tractor is a long time purchase. thanks for your opinion.

More over the slow service. And not really trying to get it done in a timely manor till I called to cancel the order. I'm concerned about the dealer service after I buy. Wouldn't want tractor setting for long period of time for service or repair. thanks

When I ordered my 3940 it was at the factory center (in Ohio I think) but it took almost 4 weeks for Kubota to get it assigned to the dealer and get it up here. Then it only took the dealer a couple days to asemble the tractor and install the loader, but it was not yet the busy season for him.

Well today I called another dealer and reordered a 5740 loader & hydraulic box blade. He checked & said everything was in stock & tractor should be ready by the coming weekend . Looks like it will workout fine. But I sure hatted to cancel my order but the first dealer just was taking to long & wasn't to concerned till I canceled the order .Maybe I'll get to break in my new tractor a few days next week doing small jobs around the house before I put it to work. In the past I have only used the yellow fords for loader and dirt work. I'll see how the orange will hold up with the hst. thanks

I understand your frustration. When I bought my used B7510 for fraction of the price you payed it took them 3 1/2 weeks to put the loader on and get it to my house. I was frustrated with the wait, but they actually didn't ask for money until the unit was ready. All items I purchased were on the lot when I made my decision. Another thing that I later realized, that they had three major shows and a two day open house/ sale about the time I ended up making up my mind. So. They were about as busy as they get in any given year.
