I'm finally home

I am home from Iraq. We departed Al Asad Air Base Iraq on the July 30th and flew to Kuwait on a C-17 cargo jet. We processed through customs the next morning and left from Kuwait the night of the 31st. We had a lay over in Shannon Ireland and then arrived in Gulf Port Mississippi Wednesday morning. After a couple of days of out processing we went to the armory in Mobile and were released from there. There are so many new things to see now that I tell people I feel like I have been stranded on Gilligan's Island. It is great to be back!
