I\'m finally gettiing it, I think.

I ordered a 3130HST, 3 remotes with Top and Tilt, R4's, 723 FEL with 72" HD bucket and bolt on cutting edge, 72" box scraper, and 3 pth post hole digger. I ordered the tractor about 2 weeks ago and was told it would be ready last thursday or friday. On friday I was told maybe saturday. I called on monday and was told the loader did not come in and it will be ready on thursday or friday. I went by today and finally got to see my tractor. Tonight it was loaded on the trailer and will be delivered first thing in the morning.
I know 2 weeks is not a long time to wait, but it seemed like forever.

Gary, that must be pretty common, I went through basically the same thing. I remember going past the dealer (2hrs. away) and seeing my tractor in a crate (well, after I looked all over the place.) Talk about excited. Glad nobody seen be sitting on that tractor in the crate with no wheels on it yet. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Don't feel bad, Gary. I went through similar BS and 2 months later I'm still waiting for a BH subframe that was coming "in 3 weeks, maybe longer." Well, it's longer. I just found out (by contacting the manufacturer myself) that they should have it engineered by end of next week and it will be at least another 4 weeks before it gets shipped. Shipped! /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif Not installed or delivered to my home. Some dealers keep nodding and saying yes until you sign on the dotted line. Then you pray to the tractor gods. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Looks like we all do a bit of waiting. I was lucky I only had to wait a week for the BX23 with 60" MMM. But now I'm waiting for the snow blower and the plow. Been waitin' about 4 wks, and it looks like it's going to drag out another month or so. Not that I need the snow blower mind you but I sure could use the plow right about now. I guess they all come with time.

Hello all,

Sorry I didn't post a reply yesterday, but I was busy playing, I mean working on my new tractor (my wife had to call me in three times for dinner). Yes I finally got it. The only problem was they installed the wrong bucket (Standard not HD). The shop said they will bring out the right bucket next week. I never would have thought that waiting for a tractor would be like a kid at Christmas time waiting to open gifts.

I love my new tractor. So far it has exceeded all my expectations. I was going to get a B7800, but decided to go with the L3130 because of it's weight and width. Now I need to decide if I should get the BH-90. They didn't have one in stock, so I have a little time to think about it. I'll post some pictures later.

Gary,
Tractor looks ready for work. I had to wait 4 long weeks for mine to come in. It was painful. I got it last Friday and just love it. What a dream to operate compared to my old tractor. Good luck with your new machine.
