Dave, your 27 degrees is a bit different from our (official) 57, although my own thermometer didn't get below 62 this morning. It got up to 80 yesterday, forecast for 89 today and 94 tomorrow.

Well Bird, sharpen that lawn mower blade

I've been out clearing brush along trails, it's sunny, about 61 deg with a light breeze. Hard to beat New England in the fall, but we do pay for it with longish winters

Dave, I think tomorrow will be a good day to stay indoors. It only got up to 88 today but the forecast for tomorrow is a high of 96. It's be nice if I had one of those pumpkin pies to eat, but I may have to just settle for ice cream.

I think I might be baking a pumpkin pie tomorrow, if you were closer, you'd be welcome.

I can't imagine 96 in late Sept. It would take me several years to acclimate to those temps.

We might get some needed rain tomorrow afternoon, forecast high is mid 50's.
