Salt licks and carrots are another favorite and seems they no longer bother to question those lures.
A buddy has a well visited bird feeder and that also attracts all sorts of wild life.
Warden warned him about baiting so he told the warden to feel free to monitor and fine the wild life, even offered him a coffee while he waited.
I believe the only monitored lure is now live recordings of does in heat.
