IH 484 clutch shaft wear question

/ IH 484 clutch shaft wear question #21
I did check the arm for that very problem. It's welded solidly on to the shaft. I also made sure the fork is not bent and it is straight without any signs of bending.
Is that fork correctly installed ?
Look at the wear on both sides of that fork.

I will go to where the tractor is middle of next week and take it apart again. There was really not many ways to install all that wrong. The fork had original holes lined up with shear pins holes on the pedal shaft so there was no other way to install it. I will take pictures and posrt them next time I go... Thank you for your help DLTTREKKERS

Here are three photos I put the arm in place for you to see it in relation to fully depressed pedal. What do you think?

Make that adjustingrod much longer !

I can't. The clevis fork is all the way out on the last thread. Unless I fabricate a different rod

And a close-up photo near the topof the pedal ? I can ot see the pedal returnspring ?
That corner should be more or less 90° if correct. I have read thru the hole tread and something to change so fast Something had to crack or break. Remove that release shaft again and hit that arm to see is it wil move more ?
I do beliefe that your problem is with that shaft !20180826_125925.jpeg

Good morning. This is a picture of clevis fork with rod. Please note on the picture the original position of the clevis by fresh threads.

Please note the arm position. The arm is at the location where throw out bearing touches the pressure plate. There is no other way to put the shaft in.

Clutch pedal is all the way to the floor.
