Our IH 434 glowplug indicator has started glowing red hot and staying that way long after starting - any ideas of what's causing it? Wiring or glowplugs themselves?
Indicator not going off after starting and releasing heater switch is either due to switch stayin g on or an internal short in the harness giving a 12volt feed to the heater circuit.
thanks for the reply, although the wiring diagram is meaningless to me!!
Our tame tractor guy is coming out to fix on Monday, in the meantime I started it without the plugs this morning and all is good so may well be a sticky switch.
