IH 284 water pump

Well, my IH 284 tractor with the gas motor... the water pump is not looking good. I can move the pulley side ways pretty easily, however its not leaking water. So, I'm thinking I'll need to replace it or rebuild it pretty soon. Has anyone have a good source for replacement parts or know if the water pumps are rebuildable ?
