Cat D10 dozer. One million pounds of pure manhood.
Now, if I was going to rent to joe six-pack in suburbia, I would get a mid sized Kubota (about 30 hp) with HST and R4 tires. Option it out with a FEL, extra hydraulics for a grapple and 2 rear remotes. Also get attachments, 5' rototiller, Harley rake, snow blower, 48" root / rock grapple, rotary cutter and a decent box blade. I would also have a 24' gooseneck trailer that can carry it and a few of the attachments - but would deliver for 50 bucks +1 a mile for miles over 30.
That machine is small enough to not cause fear in the new to tractors person, yet stout enough to resist damage. Unlike a gear tractor that will have broken gears from idiots trying NASCAR speed shifting and burnt clutches.
Would love to discuss more, but I have to go play 165 grain tag at 3400 feet per second with Bambie's mom and dad.
