In the 1960s, who knew?Science and science fiction go hand in hand on some fronts.
Science fiction come up with the ideas, and a scientist figures out how to make it work.
Fascinating.

I think that often writers are knowledgeable enough about science to base their tales on fact. For instance; when Jules Vernes wrote 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea there were no deep sea submarines, yet a lot of people had experimented with them over the years and the "Hunley" actually was used in battle, to the dismay and loss of it's crew.Science and science fiction go hand in hand on some fronts.

I wonder where the common "look" came from: big eyes, small nose, no hair, no ears, no clothes, humanish shape.
That's why we have clear photos of the alien ships.Same place we learned that interstellar craft are saucer-shaped.
Abductees don't disagree, and bunch of guys/gals 'said' even before the internet.
Jeez, I wonder how he wipes his butt when he takes a crap. Maybe that's why he's so angry.
The panspermia theory just moves the problem of the origin of life from Earth to some other place.

I am of the opinion that science and religion must in the end agree. There is only one truth. Religious teachings that refute proven science are merely superstition. On the other hand as we learn more, old science is continually refuted by new science. Our grasp of, even our ability to grasp the totality of science is quite limited. (We ain't nearly as smart as we think we are)
From the evidence (Written in stone), That is EXACTLY what the Annunaki have done about 12000 years ago.The more we learn about the universe, the more we realize we don't yet know.
If we were visited by aliens, I wonder if they would share their advanced knowledge with us, or adhere to something akin to the Prime Directive.
They'd die of smallpox. The more we learn about the universe, the more we realize we don't yet know.
