Identification of my tractor

I have a TC30. I just found the identification tag, but have no idea what year it is. Can anyone help me?

Tractor data shows 2001-2008...

Unit # says : 1K31B = Oct. 31, 2001, day shift

I thought K was November? But Nov doesnt have 31 days...
The first digit is the year, first letter is the month, then the day, and the shift.
