My steering cyl are probably 25 yrs old and still good with no leaks.

You say you have rebuild them several times. Did you use factory or PT's seal's, or off the shelf look-a-like seals?

My o-rings were in terrible shape a couple of years ago. Both of the main piston o-rings had chunks missing. I will likely be pulling them soon and looking. But I would actually say they are made pretty well.

Factory only. I am getting about 6 years realistically out of the cylinders.

On of the big concerns was when I toook them apart the last time there was chunks missing out of one of the o-rings. Not sure which pump it is now jammed into....
