I live on SR 195 in E Washington. 2 lane and one of only two major north/south highways in the area. Traffic normally fairly heavy and settles right at 65/66 (posted is 60).
Haven't noticed much speed reduction but traffic density is _way_ down. I used to have to wait and spot an opening coming out of my drive. Now I can almost pull out without looking.
Do a lot of hauling wood on that route with my PU that only pulls about 14 empty. I try to drive it at 50-55 and pull over to let traffic by (almost a full lane of paved shoulder). It is amazing how many people won't pass given the lane to do it. They just park there. I have been forced to slow way down to force them to pass a couple times. Even had to do that for a semi recently. I need a pop-up sign for the rear window "SO PASS ALREADY!"
