I have my fathers Cub. In a storm the cover got blown off and I was unaware that water was getting into the engine. The engine is locked. Away I was hoping someone might know of a good repair man or shop near Tampa, FL. I am no longer able to do the repair myself. I can haul it anywhere in FL.

Soaking over time with plugs out and fluids changed using a gentle rocking motion front to back with transmission in higher gear?

I've had success with old flat head Fords tapping Pistons with a woodblock with liberal use of marvel or similar...

In Leesburg, FL we have a museum dedicated to all things IH tractors. In fact they have a tractor show in February. I’ll bet you can find a knowledgeable folks associated with the museum or supporting restoration.
