Tires I need AG tires

I have a Case 1140. They only made the tractor one year. I now have turf tires on it. I need AG tires so that I can plow my 3 acres. I am new to tractors and I dont even know where to start looking for tires. The tires on the tractor now are

Goodyear Terra Tire 41 X 14.00 - 20 NHS Rear
Goodyear Terra Tire 25 X 10.50 - 15 NHS Front

Will an AG tire fit the current rims? They are 6 lug on the rear. Dunno without going outside about the front. I think 4 lug. Is Goodyear the way to go? Any suggestions?

I don't know about that specific tractor, but in all the ones I'm acquainted with, you need to change the wheels (rims), also. The turf tires are usually (if not always) on wider rims that ag tires.

Bird is right. I think you will need new rims for ag tires. Call a tire place that handles tires or Case-IH dealer. It may be cost prohibitive to change to ag tires.
Michelin makes very good ag tires but $$$. Firestone or Goodyear will be just fine. Many farmers prefer Firestone over Goodyear. Some say goodyears's quality is not what it has been.

Ditto to what they said. If you contact your local tractor dealers they will know what direction to point you in.

Yall are right, I do need new rims. The money they are talking about is crazy. I am better off unloading the Case and getting a bigger tractor with ag tires on it anyway.
