Buying Advice I like to buy a used tractor

I have 30 acres and I want to put a deer plot on my land, about 30x24 or so since I want to go this big and wide a walking tiller is out!.I was thinking about a bobcat would this do what I am thinking of doing?.

30 x 24 what? Feet? Yards?
Wooded? Cleared?

Part of the 30 is cleared that's where I'm gonna put my deer blinds so I'm thinking about 30 long by 24 wide or so that should be plenty to keep the deer in the area for me.

Jeez I'd do that with a shovel and a hoe and go buy me a big cab tractor for spite. With a a tiller I would just wax and never use.

yup. i'd not buy a hand tiller for that small plot. I'd hand job it.. or rent a tiller.

ok.. fessing up. I'd go plow it with an old ford and dearborn plow, then disc it. or rip it with the scarifier teeth on my box blade... then run my cultivator over it.. then harrow it... and very likely each of those implements would be on their own old ford too.... saves time swapping implements..

Yeah I could rent the equipment to get the job done. A bobcat would be a lot of fun though. I have to buy a brush hog so I can also get a tiller with it.

Are you thinking skid steer or tractor bob cat? Either would do the job, just depends on how much $$$ you wanna spend..
