If I spend too much time thinking about what could go wrong, I go in the house and sit and watch the TV. Then a commercial comes on that says live an active lifestyle for good heart health. Even the recliner and TV will kill you.

Just do your best at making good moves.

These "accident reports" fascinate me.
Glad to read mike69940 is recovering for the next one.
It's occurrences like this that slow me down. I'll go to do something I did 20 years ago then think twice "what may go wrong".
Somebody should make a compilation of all the whoops we do.

Yep... and hate the unnerving after-the-act or mid-act thought of how badly this could go / could have went. I shudder sometimes, but the "what may go wrong" pre-thoughts are getting better with age.

My dad was a volunteer firefighter for a couple decades. One of his favorite phrases was/is "How could this incident have been prevented..."

I've said it to myself quite a few times before doing something that could get me explaining the situation to the person in a white coat with a clipboard
