While I was doing the repair I noticed something that probably had a major influence on the damage caused. The last time I mowed, I moved the 3PT arms out as far as they would go in order to move my trailer out of the way so I could mow around it. With the arms out that far there was minimal contact available for the mower lift arms. And what was available, was at the end of the 90ｰ bend of the lift arm.

Lesson learned, don't do that again. Well at least until next time. :confused2:
