Some of the parts returns would indicated "sailor proof" was not possible. Even though it was rare for human damaged components to come back for repair and certification.That's funny!
I was in the electronics business and did a bunch of business with a defence contractor who's primary customer was ONI, office of naval intelligence. Spook stuff.
The joke was, everything had to be made sailor proof!
