when i bought my cub last year i noticed my seat had a bad place in it when i got it home. my dealer ordered me a new one and when i picked it up it was for a 1500 cub wich is a much nicer seat with mounting holes for arm rest. so i was at tractor supply the other day and on the top shelf was a set of arm rest for my seat for $20. so i had to get them becuse cub cadet will only let you buy the seat & armrest as one not by themself. they help a lot wile mowing to lean on to see your front tire and someplace to put your arm when backing up and they raise up to let you in & out. here are a couple of pics with them on.
