First off, congrads!
Now, think about what else your going to want and need to do on that property, before you decide on cutting grass. You mentioned horses, outbuildings? fence lines? driveway maintenance?
Someone mentioned get someone to come over and do a few brushcuttings.
I'd do that, see how much time it takes, see how they actually cut the property, turns, hills, etc.
Who knows, after it is cut a few times, you might end up with a commercial ZTR for lawn maintenance, and an older tractor for the twice yearly brush/pasture maintenance.
Work with the land and layout first before you start spending a lot of money.
