Being as this is the Bobcat forum, it might not be unusual. I'd never seen it before so, here goes:
I was waiting at a red light when, in the procession that passed before me, crawled a tracked Bobcat. It was keeping up with traffic and traveling like it was just another car.

Must have been slow traffic. A track loader with 2 speed option has top speed around 12 - 13mph.

Sounds like a Toolcat with aftermarket tracks on all 4 wheels but maybe a 2 speed CTL caught his eye but it wouldn't keep up with traffic long.. neither would a Toolcat as max speed is like 20 mph.
