Well, it has white iron bearings and could be a few brands.
Take the nut off and see the shape and size of the hole. Looks to be be 1" square which a lot of those are.
Measure from the center ti the closest frame member to get a radius. Double that to get the diameter and subtract at least an inch to get the disc size. If you come up with an odd number, subtract another inch to get the diameter.
You can put on all smooth, all notched or notched front and smooth rear
