I can't attach any pictures

I am having problems attaching pictures to my post. I can not click on any of the buttons like the image tab or the smiley faces. Is it something on my computer that is preventing this or on TBN? Thanks

The post editor applet uses javascript, so you might want to check your javascript setting in your browser.
