Update: So I got my tractor back from the dealer with some disappointment. Tractor has 89 hours and was flawless. First thing I noticed was the inside of the cab was not put together properly. There was coolant all over the engine compartment. Both rear fenders have very deep gouges in the paint that are very long. I did notice a difference in the hst pedal which is good. When putting the rocker pedal in reverse, the pedal hits the insulation in the cab. Talked to the manager about these issues and he took pictures and was told he would talk to his boss about it, but he was trying to tell me that the tractor came in that way and probably no fix. Upon leaving they wanted to sell me a new one, but I still have't heard anything on prices.

I believe Kioti has had a lot of problems with stick hydro's, certainly on the CK30 like the one I own. I never really followed up with the dealer on my sticky problem as it goes away after everything gets warmed up. I was led to believe it was an internal problem, not the outer linkage.

The key place to look is where the linkage goes into the case. I clean mine up the other day and found a bit of mud there. After cleaning all the joints, and lubing everything, including using my finger to get some grease around the shaft as it goes in the case, everything got a lot better, Just a thought.
