I purchased this tractor new a couple years ago and always had the problem of the hydro pedal sticking. Lately though it has gotten increasingly worse. It was becoming very dangerous to operate. About a year ago it was brought to the dealer and was basically told that it was the nature of the beast with the one pedal hst's. Yesterday I was at a different dealer (a few hours away) and spoke with one of the techs about my situation. He explained to me that they had a few units that way and kioti advised to change the dampers first. If that didn't work then they were advised to change the HST unit. So to make a long story short, I brought my tractor to that dealer yesterday in hopes that it will be fixed. Tractor only has 89 or so hours on it. I figured I would put this out if there was anyone else having the same issue.

Do you mean the pedal actually sticks or that your tractor is creeping without touching the pedal. There has been a lot of discussion on TBN about the "Creeping" and it does seem to be a crap shoot as far as what the exact fix is, it can be different issues. Mine creeps until it is up to full operating temperature, or at a low RPM. Do a search under creeping or creep and read up on what some found to be a fix or at least a help help.

My Bobcat CT225 does that. Bought if from my local Bobcat dealer with 420 hours on it. They put a new damper on it - helped but didn't solve the problem. I have gotten real good at touching the reverse pedal to bring it back to zero. Good Luck. Mine has a grease fitting on it - make sure you grease it and also spray some lube on all the linkage.

This is what I do as well.

The actual pedal sticks in the forward or reverse position. Everything has been greased, lubricated and verified by the dealer. With the tractor not running, I could move the pedal back and forth with no sticking at all. Once the tractor is running, that is when I had the problem.

Thanks for the read. My setup is the single pedal, not the dual unfortunately. Dealer took it apart and lubed all the points with no luck. Only sticks when the tractor is running. If the tractor is not running, the pedal will return to center every time. Dealer is suspecting the HST unit, but I'm unsure. I guess we will see.

You may be on to something DieselBound. I also don't know much about them. Figured it was better for the dealer to deal with it, especially since its still under warranty. By the way, you have a nice new tractor.....Congrats!

I'll be watching to see how this turns out for you. I also had a significant issue with my tractor; the dealer+factory resolved it quickly.
