Jason,
( What is power beyond? Is rear auxiliary the same thing? )
Power beyond is a pressure and return circuit designed to power an implement which has it's own control valves. Examples: backhoe, wood splitter, post driver.
The power beyond expects the implement to provide the control valve(s) as it has none of it's own.
I'm not familiar with the term "rear auxiliary". Maybe someone else will jump in and help me out.

SCV is an acronym for Selective Control Valve. A valve used to operate a hydraulic circuit. A front end loader ordinarily utilizes a Dual Selective Control Valve (DSCV) to control the boom and the bucket curl. This valve bank can be controlled by two separate levers or by a joystick whose design allows a single lever to control both functions.

A single spool valve used to control one hydraulic circuit.

When a tractor is equiped with a DSCV, it is sometimes necessary to control a third hydraulic circuit, such as a mid mount mower or an implement that has a remote cylinder. To enable this, a third SCV is installed.
In the case of the mid frame 4000 series John Deere CUT's like yours and mine, the actual valve is built into the DSCV (which is really a three spool valve). To add the third SCV capability, a kit is installed which consists of 1) a control lever mounted remotely on the right fender and connected to the third spool of the DSCV by a cable and 2) the necessary piping to route the hydraulics from the valve body to the rear of the tractor.

Two additional control circuits. The circuits can be created by adding diverter valves to the existing DSCV circuits or by adding additional valves. In the case of your 4300, Deere uses electrically operated diverter valves and the DSCV circuits controlled by the joystick control. Other tractors may require different strategies.
