HYDRAULICS FILLING POINT 1963 JD 2010

Hi Forum. When I bought my JD 2010 the seller said that the refill point for the hydraulics was at the brakes-side of the tractor at the back end of your foot. There is a size 1-1/8 inch nut but I doubt that this is the point where refill the hydraulic oil.
There is also a refill point behind the seat, pretty high up at the same level as the hydraulics in and outlet. To me this is the right point to refill the hyde. oil. Am I correct Forum? Thanks a bunch.

Hyd check/fill plug for a JD 2010 would be by operators right heel if setting in the seat.

Thanks Tx Jim. So the seller was right then. Hard to open the nut down there. Gonna give it a try today.

Hi Tx Jim. you were right. The fill plug looked hard to open but it opened really easily and I filled the oil there. Do you know how high the oil level should be? can i check it at the same plug spot? Thanks. Bo50
