Hydraulics: backhoe only works with 3point chained down.

Is there a chance there is some type of manual diverter valve that needs to be switched when the hoe is on? I seems to reminder some Kubota's had them, maybe MH does also?

Check you port block. sounds like diverter valve is in wrong position.The 3015 is equipped with this item. Not a good idea to run with 3 pt chained down and lever pulled back this unit is equipped with draft control. That will constantly deliver oil to the lift piston and cause the packing to eventually fail.
