I want to mount a snowplow on a quick attach skid steer plate, have to weld ears to the plate. do i need a valve between the two snowplow angling pistons before ii connect to my third valve on the front on the tractor. i think i have heard it referred to as a "cushion" valve?? Ive seen them on some and not on others..thanks

ITs called a crossover relief valve. IT is their to protect everything if you hit something. Usually the first thing that goes if you hit something is you blow hoses and get a face full of oil.
A ~$80 crossover relief is cheap insurance. Do you have to use it.....NO. Is it suggested....yes.
