I’m interested in a hydraulic top link. I’ve used my 8n’s threaded top link for about 20 years. That was difficult enough but the top link and leveler on my 1626 are almost useless without a wrench and a hammer.

I know that I’ll next some type of third function and it’s there already (partially) since I have a backhoe. Obviously I’m a control mechanism short.

Looks like I’d have to cut in some type of lever port for actuation.

Anyone out there tried to use the bhoe ports for something like this yet?

You need one of these valve sets and the top & tilt set.

Use your backhoe connection points and you are ready to grade.

WOW! Thanks.

Looks expensive.

Interesting concept. Maybe better that the rusty screw jack. It does take out the trying to twist that darn screw!

I can see issues:
- There’s no pull function; meaning if you miss your desired setting on the way down you have to start over
- I couldn’t reach it from the drivers seat
