Hydraulic stream leak TC40A

The two bolts that hold the seat platform on were loose and I had hydraulic fluid leaking around the seal. I was able to tighten them and stop the leak. This is in the area of the three point hitch turtle hare adjustment. there is a plug that is removable and while running the tractor to verify the fix a stream of hydraulic fluid started to spray out near the plug. Anyone have any thoughts on what might be the issue.

Pic would be helpful. Could be part of the 3pt cylinder valve or a remote/power beyond type plug.
Or identify the part off of a schematic posted from a parts house
