Hydraulic Sleeve

Does anyone know where I can buy some of the Sleeve material that covers the Hydraulic Hoses? Like the factory hoses.
Would like to cover my Grapple lines.

It is under protective sleeving on page 50 and is called "nylon abrasion sleeving". One of these days I am going to get around to doing that too.

Thanks for the lead Ed...figure I may as well put it on while I am hooking up the diverter valve.

Are you intending to have one sleeve for both lines or independent sleeves?I'm not quite sure how to specificy the appropriate size for two lines but it seems that would be the neatest solution.

On a slightly different note, I also use these hydraulic hose coverings on my tie down chains or straps. Remove the hook (if desired) and buy a covering large enough to easily slide over the chain or strap. Put the hook back on. Now I can use the covering to protect the areas of chain/strap that will rub on tractor or implement. I usually use coverings about 1-1.5' long or whatever length you want. I buy the hydraulic coverings at a local hydraulic shop. The material is not very expensive and sold by the foot. Buy several feet and cut it as you need it. Comes in about sizes to fit over 1/4" hoses up to 4" diameter hoses at my store. I have some covers that will fit over 3/8 clevis chain hooks and can easily be put on/off.

Don't mean to keep the tangent going, but thought I'd add another covering for your binder chains. Old fire hose, 1.5" rubber-lined works best. I have access to plenty of it from old out of service fireline. Works great at saving a little paint. If you don't want to take your hooks on/off, just slit the hose up the side and slip on chain as needed.
