Hydraulic sickle mower

After looking at the thread about the piranha teeth got me to wondering if there is an attachment out there you can connect to your bucket similar to the piranha teeth but connected to hydraulic and the teeth move similar to a sickle mower..

For that price you can get a good IH 1300 sickle and add a hydraulic lift to it.. I cant understand how one on the bucket would work as the bucket would quickly fill and plug the cutter.

I was talking about the Samauri outfit within another thread. Great well priced solution, but so far I have not solved the issue of teeth for branches vs grass. It is supposed to cut 1-1/2" material. After 20 minutes of testing the cutter, half the teeth were gone!





Yeah, That was money well spent!

I got offered good pricing on more of the SAME teeth.

Hope to find a solution.

On a normal sickle bar there are ledgers the teeth cut against. My mower will go through 2" saplings if I go slow. It will also cut 90 degrees for edging trees along the road.
