Hydraulic qustion

I have a question about the bucket on my tractor, I have been noticing that when I tilt the bucket to me it slowly comes down not a lot but you can see the difference. I think the ram in back of the bucket needs to be repacked or the controller where I pull the levers has broken seals what do you guys think?.

My seals leak at the base of the bucket on the curl. Just from 30 years of abuse you can see it. The joy stick for controlling the curl had leaks but never showed on the surface. Block the loader arms and see if the bucket edge drops. Cylinders may be wet when it happens.
