I just got a Mitsubishi BD2 dozer running again and was running great, then the 6 way blade started moving sluggish and then quit. Filter is new and hydraulic fluid is full and a little milky. If I let it set for 15 min it will move slow and then stop again. CausticUrbanCoast has been a life saver on these post. Thank you CausticUrbanCoast. He also asked is I checked the strainer. Where can I find the strainer and I will look.

Milky hydraulic fluid is a sign of moisture in the hydraulic system. If you can find the strainer that may be the cause of your problem but it's also possible your hydraulic pump has failed.

I have been looking online and still can not find the strainer. I need to get this fixed soon, my wife does not like my yard ornament.

The strainer should be located in the hydraulic tank. If you follow the big hoses going from the tank to the pumps, you'll get there. Should be on the tank side and it will require a full drain of the hydraulic tank as you'll need to take the hose off probably. I'm not familiar with dozers, I'm going by logic and experience on other types of equipment.

Happy Day, I found the blockage. It was behind the filter. I flushed out the whole system and all is good. Thank you to all you guys.
