Hydraulic Question for John Deere Backhoe

I have a john deere 310d backhoe that I just ordered a grapple rake for and have a couple questions. What is the best way to control the grapples for the new bucket. I am a farmer but not sure what is the best way to make this set up work. Any help is greatly appreciated.
